This is my latest block - developed after much experimentation to combine a very tight fit, that still allows the dress to perform in wear!

THE SUPER STRETCH DRESS AND SLEEVE PATTERN BLOCK - in size XXS to 4XL- UK, USA & EU size equivalents provided - plus key measurements in both centimeters and inches.

The dress block is printed on A0 size paper in full scale with size guide and key pattern measurement chart. The sleeve block is printed on a separate A1 size sheet to avoid any crossing over or lines on the pattern sheet.

This block was drafted for a fabric with a stretch percentage of over 25% - This block is best suited to fabrics with Spandex or Lycra that have an excellent stretch and recovery.

THIS BLOCK IS IDEAL FOR DANCE WEAR AND CLUB WEAR AND SUPER FITTED STRETCH DRESSES.

The blocks have been produced by a pattern cutter and grader with over 25 years industry experience. The blocks have all been drafted directly from the most up to date size charts, they are then thoroughly tested in stretch fabric before they are graded up and down to produce the full range of sizes supplied. All measurements are checked and key pattern measurements are supplied on the block sheet, in addition to this the blocks are supplied with a supplementary size chart with key measurements for sizes 6 to 22.

These blocks are produced without seam allowance and are intended for professional use and are of an industry standard.

The block pattern is produced in black and white in full scale. Most of my blocks now come with extra 1/4 scale mini versions for you to practice!
