Our PDF patterns, once purchased are non refundable. You will be sent an e-mail with a link directly to your e-pattern, once downloaded your e-mail link will last 24 hours (for security reasons). So please make sure you save your pattern file once you have downloaded it. If you have any problems, please let us know and we will happily re-send the link to you. If you need any help with printing compiling your e-pattern please let us know.

If you have purchased a physical pattern block then this will be sent to you folded by first class mail, this is a free service to UK buyers as we are based in the UK.

International orders are posted with tracked & signed for postage and where available. We are pleased to send orders to our customers all over the world, and want to make sure your parcel arrives with you safely and can be tracked.

Please note-While we promise to post your parcel immediately and provide tracking information, international parcels can sometimes be delayed in transit within the receiving country, parcels can also be held up in customs.
